We use information from this site to respond to you, run a search when you ask us to, and understand which parts of the page help visitors.
If you leave your email
The “Keep me posted” form sends your email address to Netlify Forms so we can tell you when the full site is live. A hidden field helps filter spam. We do not put your email address into our page analytics.
When you visit
Our first party page log records the time, page, referral link, browser information, IP address and approximate location supplied by Netlify. A separate browser beacon records time on the page, screen width, deepest scroll, role selections and clicks on booking, email and video links. It uses a random identifier for that page visit. It does not store the role you type into the “Other” box.
Optional session recording
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page use through session recordings, scroll maps and heatmaps. It can use cookies to recognise visits. In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other EEA countries we wait for your permission before loading it. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you turn it off. Turning it off also clears its first party cookies on this site. You can use the page, watch videos and book without it.
Your choice stays in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear that storage. A session cookie tells the page whether Netlify identified a region where we ask for consent.
If you book a call
The booking link opens Calendly. It receives information you enter in its booking form, the role you selected or typed, and a label telling us which booking button you used. Calendly processes that information on its own service. We use it to prepare for and arrange the call.
Where information lives and how long
Email submissions and first party page events are stored through Netlify. Clarity and Calendly process their own records. We keep first party visit records for 12 months and email submissions until you ask us to remove them. Clarity and Calendly keep their own records under their own policies. Contact us to ask about, correct or delete information you gave us. We will review the records we control and handle the request with the relevant provider where needed.
