Nearshore talent for US and Canadian companies

Great talent. Same hours. One team.

We've spent years building a network of professionals you won't find on job boards. Every one is vetted and interviewed on camera before you see a name. You pay only when you hire.

30 minutes, no pressure. We map what your workload actually needs, a hire, automation, or both, and you keep the plan either way.

  • MonYou write the job post. Again.
  • TueA flood of applicants. Half the resumes read the same.
  • WedYou squeeze screening calls between your real work.
  • ThuYour favorite candidate stops replying.
  • Week 3An agency sends the resumes they sent everyone else.
  • Week 5You try offshore. Answers arrive while you sleep.
  • Week 8Someone starts. The English isn't what the interview sounded like.
  • Month 3They leave. The role, and the work, lands back on your desk.

Every open role ends up on your desk.

Meanwhile, the person you need is out there. A few hours from your office, on your clock. Nobody has introduced you yet.

So we built the bridge.

Clients, on camera.

On the other side: people who can do the job, on your hours.

The busywork goes to the tools. The work that grows your business stays with people.

And sometimes the honest answer is a different plan.

We'll tell you that too.

From one call to your first day.

What you do, and what we do, at each step.

  1. Before you meet anyone

    1. Day one

      You

      One 30 minute call.

      Us

We turn it into a scorecard: what this hire must get done in their first 90 days.

    2. Days 1 to 3

      You

      Nothing. Back to your work.

      Us

We go to our own network and the people they vouch for. Not job boards, not a database.

    3. Us

Every candidate does a real task from your role, with the tools they'd use on the job, AI included where the role calls for it. Then 8 checks: skills, English, communication, background, references, culture, the role test, and how long they'll stay. Fewer than 1 in 100 make it.

    4. Us

One of us interviews every finalist, on camera.

  2. While you choose

    1. About 3 days

      You

Your private shortlist page: every finalist with their recorded interview. Watch them before you meet anyone.

      Us

"We got presented 10 different candidates with videos from them, which was really clear."

      Finley Jenkins
    2. Week 1 to 2

      You

      Meet the ones you like.

      Us

We book every interview in your time zone, check references and handle the offer.

  3. After they start

    1. About 2 weeks

      You

      Your new hire starts.

      Us

We help with onboarding, then check in with both of you at 30, 90 and 180 days.

"They even helped us get the people onboarded, interviewed, and everything worked out great."

      Jesse Ali
    2. If it's not right

      You

      Tell us.

      Us

      We find the next person.

    3. When you hire

      You

That's the only time you pay.

    4. Your next hire

      You

      It's faster.

      Us

We keep your scorecard and what you liked, so the next search starts where this one ended.

Our vetting

Most people who apply never reach you.

Anyone can send you resumes. What you are actually buying is the work of ruling people out, done by someone who has to live with the result.

Gianna interviews every candidate herself. When she says someone is good, she has talked to them.

Every candidate does a real task from the role and passes 8 checks before you see a name.

1

Out of every 100 people who apply, fewer than 1 makes it through our vetting.

The company is new. We are not.

Nobody here is learning on your search. You are not going to get a junior account manager, a portal login, and a stack of resumes forwarded out of a database. You get the two people whose names are on the company, and one of them has personally sat with every candidate you will ever see from us.

He runs the business, and he is who you talk to.Alpha works your side of the bridge: the business, the search and the plan. He has built and sold companies of his own, and built entire offshore teams for other US owners.

She runs talent, and she has met every person we present.Gianna works the other side. She spent five years working remotely for American and Canadian companies (and led remote teams of her own). Now she interviews every candidate herself.

Two people, one on each side. You deal with both of us directly, on every search.

Questions, before the call.

Where are your people based?

South America, working your hours. Same time zone as your team, which is the entire reason nearshore beats offshore for anything that needs a conversation.

How is this different from the last agency that sent me resumes?

You watch the person talk before you meet them. Gianna interviews every candidate herself and can tell you what she thought, because she was in the room. Most agencies forward a profile they have never spoken to.

What does it cost?

It depends on the engagement, and we would rather tell you a real number on a call than post a fake one here. What we can say is that you pay when you hire, not to start looking.

How long does it take?

A shortlist in about three days, with recorded interviews. Most people start in about two weeks.

What if it does not work out?

There is a replacement arrangement and its terms depend on the engagement, so we set it in writing when we agree the deal rather than advertising one number that would not be true for everyone.

Is the answer always a hire?

No. A job description is usually a symptom. The first thing we do is take the brief apart: what the work is for, what breaks while the seat sits empty, who is absorbing it now. Sometimes that points to a different role, a fractional operator, or a build with someone trained underneath it. If you already know exactly what you want, say so and we will go and get it.

Will the English hold up on client calls?

Every candidate is interviewed in English, on camera, by a founder. You hear it yourself before you ever meet them. They run client calls, write reports and represent your business.

“They move fast and precise.”

M S, client · Trustpilot · July 2026

“ended up bringing on three setters that we're really happy with”

Fin Jenkins · Trustpilot · October 2026

We're only taking on a few companies right now.

Not because there is a velvet rope. Because there are two of us, and Gianna sits in every single interview.

Who do you want to add to your team?

30 minutes. You leave with a plan either way.
